The CRP was created to support minority homeownership, aid low-income households, and assist minority-owned business development. Separately, newly obtained records provide additional details about the Washington State Bar Association’s investigation into Attorney General Nick Brown — an investigation that ended hours after The Center Square requested comment. Although WSBA rules require confidentiality for complaints involving private attorneys, the records were obtained through a public-records request to the Attorney General’s Office.
