Sheriffs Say The State Is Policing Their Speech With New Decertification Bill

Gov. Bob Ferguson recently signed into law a new bill that allows a board of unelected officials to decertify elected sheriffs in Washington state. Critics are saying the bill is unconstitutional and suppresses political speech from sheriffs.
