The Income Tax Fight Is Just Beginning In Washington State

Gov. Bob Ferguson has signed the historic state income tax into law in Washington state. The fight against the legislation is just getting underway with foreseeable lawsuits, referendums and initiatives. Critics voice concerns that the legislation will lead to capital flight and hurt the business community in Washington.
