(The Center Square)- A legal nonprofit asked the board of Arizona’s largest school district to reverse a policy that restricts people’s free speech. The Goldwater Institute sent a letter to the Mesa Public Schools Governing Board, requesting it change a policy that prevents people from making criticism during the public comment period at meetings.
