Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser Still Won't Release Data On His Lawsuits

Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser has filed dozens of lawsuits against the federal government, priding himself on his ability to fight and win cases against the Trump Administration, but he has yet to answer questions about the costs of those lawsuits to taxpayers. For months, he has delayed the release of public records to The Center Square and has refused to accept payment. Critics like Jon Caldara from the Independence Institute say Weiser is obviously delaying the release of records until after Tuesday's election for governor.
