Governor J.B. Pritzker has self-funded $65 million more into his campaign, bringing his total personal contributions since 2017 to more than $430 million, while Republican challenger Darren Bailey criticized Illinois' cost-of-living and population loss and faced questions over a campaign donation from a registered sex offender.
