Ed Orcutt (R-WA): “The Voice of the People” Hasn’t Been Heard on I-5 Bridge

Washington Rep. Ed Orcutt says members of the public have not been listened to during the I-5 bridge project process. Orcutt says the results did not reflect what he heard from people who gave testimony and argues that there was not agreement about what the bridge should be. He also says people in Clark County have clearly expressed their views on the project but feel they have not been heard.
