DESCRIPTION
ATF announces it won't enforce rules for registering suppressors and certain short barreled guns after the One Big Beautiful Bill Act removed the tax associated with registration under the National Firearms Act. Host Greg Bishop looks at responses from states and gun control groups with some saying removing the rule will increase danger to the public and others celebrating the change as a win for 2nd Amendment rights. The Idaho Attorney General noted that the change may be temporary since it is an agency policy change rather than a legislative change. States have different rules about suppressors and short barreled rifles and shotguns which are still in effect.
