DESCRIPTION
The Third Circuit Court of Appeals issued opposite rulings in two felon-in-possession firearm cases on the same day. Host Greg Bishop takes a look at the differences.
In Edward Williams’ case, the court ruled a decades-old Pennsylvania DUI conviction cannot justify a permanent gun ban under the Second Amendment. In James Bost’s case, it ruled a terroristic threats conviction can. The Department of Justice’s firearm rights restoration process also opens to more applicants Nov. 4.
