SCOTUS still holds Maryland's gun ban challenge as Illinois cases proceed

Greg Bishop reviews some of the latest status updates in the cases challenging Illinois gun laws. In one case in the federal appeals court, the state is trying to defend the law prohibiting carrying concealed firearms on mass transit. In a separate appeals court case, the state is scheduled to filed their defense of the gun and magazine ban Wednesday.
