DESCRIPTION

Monday in Chicago, Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker signs House Bill 4144, known as Karina's Law, that requires police to confiscate firearms from subjects of orders of protection. State Rep. Maura Hirschauer, D-Batavia, and Maralea Negron with The Network Advocating Against Domestic Violence discuss the bill.
