Greg Bishop reviews the two news events Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker attended Monday in Chicago. One was to sign a measure expanding insurance coverage for issues around reproductive care. Separately, officials discussed the approval of Illinois' 1115 Medicaid waiver allowing expansion of various services including violence intervention programs.
