Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker heard on a hot mic captured by NBC Chicago's Mary Ann Ahern Wednesday. He responded to questions about what he meant during an unrelated event in the Metro East St. Louis Area Thursday. State Rep. John Cabello, R-Machesney Park, says Democrats are "in complete chaos."
