Illinois state Reps. Amy Elik, R-Alton, and Dave Vella, D-Loves Park, debate Senate Bill 3592, which would require 120-day notice for a local news media outlet that plans to sell to an out-of-state buyer. The measure passed and can now be sent to the governor.
