Illinois legislators could increase taxes for mass transit this October

Greg Bishop shares some of the latest on the issue of increasing taxes to pay for a mass transit fiscal cliff. Illinois House Speaker Chris Welch said they have time during October's veto session to pass a bill to fund the cliff before the end of the year.
